Materials Matter with Textile Exchange
Humanising the fiber and textile industry was at the heart of this project. To bring this to life, we collaborated with Brother Production Company and worked with duo Directors The Right To Roam.
Together, we thoughtfully crafted a hero film that centred the incredible people so often made invisible in the fashion supply chain. Rather than taking a film crew across the globe to meet our characters, we invited them to London (massively reducing the carbon footprint of the project). In order to make them feel at home, we ambitiously recreated their local landscapes in a London studio.
To amplify the brand film outside of Textile Exchange’s echo chamber, we created a social impact campaign across Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. This included exclusive behind-the-scenes content, character spotlights and explainer content diving into the details of Textile Exchange’s work.
"Earthrise did an incredible job of bringing Textile Exchange’s purpose and vision to life through film."
"The team’s storytelling skills helped bring to light some of the people, places, and voices that are often missing from stories about clothing and textiles, making our mission resonate on a deeply human level."
